Tillman Cove


A major opportunity for accomplished and experienced housing developers to undertake mixed-use or residential development in the Binghampton neighborhood on an 8.11-acre site commonly known as Tillman Cove. More information can be found in the attached RFQ documents.

The Clipper

The Clipper is a new-construction office building with 200,000 SF of spec Class A office space, 50,000 SF of ground floor retail and an attached parking structure, just south of the former Gibson Factory building and the FedExForum. The development will be the first large scale office construction project in downtown Memphis since 1997.

Heartbreak Hotel

A historic 12,000 sq. ft. commercial building, built circa 1903. The building is located in the heart of the Edge District, near Sun Studios, High Cotton Brewing, the Edge Motor Museum, and the planned Ravine linear park.
