This collection of small and large strip shopping centers consists of commercial buildings and stand-alone businesses in the parking lots. The two large strip shopping centers on Shelby Drive were built in 1968 and 1972. A national grocery retailer built a new store in the same plaza in 2004. In 2018, $3.6 million was invested in the center built in 1972, the Southbrook Town Center. Two of the three small strip centers on Elvis Presley were constructed in the mid to late nineties. The third strip was built in 2016. Collectively, all sites are roughly 27.12 acres and have a building square footage of 316,509.
