There are three floors, including a basement. The property is two blocks from Beale Street, one block from the Mississippi River bluffs and near the Main Street trolley stop. There is a padded driveway onsite and it is next door to a public lot. It is adjacent to the Downtown Memphis opportunity zone and eligible for redevelopment incentives from the Downtown Memphis Commission.
